NEWTON VILLA RENTING POLICY FOR OUTDOOR FACILITIES

Newton Villa rents out its outdoor facilities to small groups for Social and Corporate Events. Due to COVID we restrict the number of persons to 30 maximum.

SOCIAL EVENTS

CORPORATE EVENTS AND MEETING ROOM

These include events such as Meetings and Seminars.

SCHEDULE OF FEES

Corporate Events : $ 800.00 per event.

Social Events: $ 600.00 per event. Security deposit of $ 400.00 required.

Meeting Room: $300.00 per booking.

 

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit of $ 500 is required. The Security Deposit can be paid by cheque, e-transfer, debit or card. The deposit will be returned at the end of the event if there is no damage to the property.

The renter will be billed for any costs resulting from damages to the garden, its property or equipment occurring during rental period.

CLEAN UP CHARGE

A cleanup charge of $ 100.00 will be applicable for the event.

NUMBER OF ATTENDEES

The total number of attendees is limited to 30 only.
