The property is so very well kept. The grounds are relaxing and peaceful. The
rooms are spacious and scrupulously clean. There is an ambiance about the who
property inside and out. Staff are welcoming, pleasant and kind. We felt very
comfortable and wished we could have stayed longer

Love the heated pool, the breakfast spread especially the fresh fruits and
the location. The bed was firm comfortable for us. Loved the outdoor breakfast
area. The iron was top notch.
The room was not very clean, hair clumps in the bathroom and hair on bedroom
floor. The room is in need of a deep clean, caked on dust on baseboards and
top of clothes rack. The walls and floors could use a deep clean.

Newton Villa is very nice and clean. There are plenty of parking and the staff,
Abba, is very courteous. She showed me how to fetch hot water and made accommodation
for my dietary need (Gluten-Free). The breakfast had good variety including
eggs, fruits, cereal and pastries. The shared facilities like dining room,
sitting room, gym, office, and laundry room are great. My room is quiet. Newton
Villa is a very large house on a big plot of land in a nice residential area
so it is very quiet.
On the other hand the location is quite remote. Surprisingly Brampton is a
very large suburb and it took a lot of driving time to get to the other side
of Brampton. Another thing is the door of my room required strong force to
shut and I was worried that the sound might disturb my neighbors.

It’s a nice place located in a affluent area. (I suppose the Villa was
a private house before). As it’s October, we didn’t use the swimming

Newton Villa was fine and our room was clean and quiet. Towels and bedding
were of good quality and the bed was firm but comfortable. The bathroom was

There are stairs but they were helpful with luggage. The pool and outdoor areas

We loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was. The bed and pillow and sheets
were super comfortable. The bottled water, mini frig and oodles of wooden hangers
were greatly appreciated. We slept with the balcony door open, which kept the
room from becoming stuffy. The magnetic screen door to the small outdoor balcony
was easy to use. The toilet paper was plush, strong and thick.

with our bags. Room was great, comfy bed & lovely soft bedding, good shower.
Nice little balcony overlooking pool. Buffet breakfast was good, totally self
service with lots of choice & really nice proper coffee. Met Aba in the
morning, who is a lovely warm character & we were able to relax in the
lounge after our check out time which was a nice extra benefit.
We chose the Villa because it wasn’t too far from the city centre & close
to Canadream hire depot.We called an uber in the morning to the campervan/RV
depot & it arrived in 2 minutes, being avaliable so quick surprised us
as it felt like it was a more rural setting, so perfect.

i felt like I was on relaxing trip the moment I walked through the door. The

Great accommodation with a really nice stay

The accommodation is very well maintained,
everything is clean. The terrace and the outdoor area with pool are
also very clean and well maintained and invite you to relax. You can
also sit there in the evening very nicely.

Liked · Very quiet area in a residential
area. The swimming pool was a pleasant relaxation after the long
flight and yet somewhat difficult start of the car ride. Also a tasty
and rich breakfast buffet.
Disliked · The purely residential
environment meant that there was little else in the neighborhood than
housing, which made it rather dull. Also to eat you had to move a lot
to find some road restaurants.

given an upgrade due to unforseen circumstances.

Liked · The receptionist/manager was very
helpful and friendly. She explained the expectations of guests in
reference to the B&B policies well. Although , I neither used the
patio and pool, the furniture was well laid out and comfortable
looking. The size of the pool was larger than I expected ( and wished
that I had brought my swim suit.) The bed was comfortable. The
bathroom was clean. And the room was quiet.

An elegant beginning to our
Ontario road trip.

Liked · on a quiet cul de sac with lots of
trees and an Apple orchard behind. Very nice amenities. Lots of fruit
at breakfast. Host Ava was lovely. Peacocks were a bonus!
Thankfully, other guests were also quiet
because it was easy to hear everything that was going on outside of
our room. Appreciate that they are clear that it is a quiet place in
a quiet neighbourhood.

everything. The entire furnishings of the hotel are worth seeing. Aba
is a good host. The breakfast prepared with love, wide choice for

residential area, the places are very clean and up to date, free
private parking and safe.
When I arrived, not speaking much English, from
the outset the man at the front desk used Google translating and
quickly made me comfortable with his no verbal!
When I left, I was seduced by the woman at the
reception!!! She was exceptionally kind and kind, she made a
difference! Her contagious good mood and her efforts to speak to me
in French show how much she loves her job… BRAVO !!!! Even though
breakfast time had passed, she offered me to eat and made sure my
stay was ok.
