The only reason I didn’t give the area around then property five stars is that
while it’s in a beautiful neighborhood, it isn’t located quite as close to
the beautiful parks as some other locations. That being said, we were thrilled
with the Villa. Our room, the Rose room, had a private balcony, a very comfortable
king bed, and a Jacuzzi in the spacious washroom. The washroom itself is at
least half the size of a typical motel room. The included Continental breakfast
is quite good, with a nice selection of fresh fruit, some pastries, bagels,
etc. There are also at least half a dozen varieties of tea available; quite
nice! Finally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t
hesitate to recommend the Villa, or to stay again.

We had a Rose room with balcony. Bathroom is large and we had a jacuzzi tub.
Property is well kept. Everything was good except the room was way too cold
at night even though manager advised us to cover the vent. They need to keep
extra blankets in the room.

Gorgeous place, staff where very friendly and helpful, i got in late and they
helped me to get some business attended to and still get rest. Breakfast was

Amazing Wow for real. This place is so peaceful, wonderful beyond words. Been
here for 2 days and was the best days of my life. Newton villa deserve really
more than 5 stars, it’s beyond. The manager, the food, the cleanliness
amazing wow. I really recommend this place if you want an amazing place to

There is no access for a person with
disabilities. It did have a lot of character and breakfast was good

This Villa is unique and a memorable
experience. It is at the end of a beautiful street in a peaceful
neighborhood. I have never stayed in a quieter place. Breakfast was a
nice touch. We had plenty of space in our “apartment.” The
bed was quite comfortable. The property manager was gracious and
helpful. We will be back!

Room was small with a tiny bathroom. The
headboard was for a queen bed but the mattress and box spring was
only for a double. Needed to be cleaned behind the fridge. Renos were
going on so a bit of noise. Nice enough spot for the

This place felt like home and I really enjoyed
my stay in the Jasmine suite. The service lady was very nice and made
my check in and out quick and easy. Would definitely recommend this
place for anyone who still wants a comfortable and cozy place. They

My husband and I stayed here with our 6 month
old and would return in a heartbeat. Beautiful home located on the
edge of Brampton. Close to everything you need but isolated enough
that you feel like you’re in the country with birds chirping and
greenery surrounding the property. Room was spacious, comfortable and
very clean. Comfortable bed and great set up in room with lovely
jacuzzi tub. Abba (the property manager) was very helpful and kind.

This was a beautiful home away from home.It was
a little farther away from town than I expected so more driving than
I liked.The breakfast was continental and very good for those who
have no allergies but I had to bring most of my own food but there
was a fantastic variety of fruit to choose from .It was nice to have
a dining room to eat your dinner in ,you could warm up in the
microwave.

It was a great little place that allowed my
friends and I to stay close for a wedding in the area. The staff was
lovely, room was clean and the breakfast was perfect to wake up to

This property felt like a villa in a very quiet
residential area. Very well managed by a caring staff and easy to
check in and out. The bed was comfortable and the washroom was large

Lovely, friendly and quiet B&B
We would definitely recommend this property to
anyone wanting a quiet, luxuriously comfortable accommodation with a
wide and varied selection of breakfast items. We were warmly welcomed
on arrival even though it was later in the evening than we had
expected due to flight delays. My wife was poorly in the morning and
the house manageress showed a very caring attitude to her.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Newton
Villa. The property and room was very clean and modern. The area was
nice and quiet.The service was also great. Even when there was a mix
up with our room. It was rectified very quickly. We would recommend

This property is one of Bramptons best kept
secret, I almost don’t want to give it a review in fear that when I’m
ready to book again it won’t be available. Hey call me selfish…i
really don’t care but i made sure i took the property manager number
just so i could have an inside connection. The property is well
maintained by the staff, it’s more of a boutique bread &
breakfast place. The neighborhood is very quiet and i did get to see
the peacocks roaming around on the property as the other guest has
pointed out in their reviews. Aba is very helpful and goes above and
beyond her duties, she assisted us in getting to downtown Toronto for
Caribana by public tranportation. The breakfast is fresh and the yard
is well kept. The rooms were well spaced, i could probably eat off
the bathroom floors if i was drunk enough any given night after
partying for Caribana but the kitchen dining area was always
available. The owner is friendly as well, you won’t notice him as
first as he appears like an employee. The air conditioner worked well
during the hot days, the place is just damn relaxing, i felt like i
was in my house, my friend kept locking the front door every time we
walked in as if we owned the place…who does this? That’s how
comfortable the place is. Will definitely keep this place in mind if
I’m around that side of Canada again.

This was my 1st time at a villa, and i must
say, i was delighted. I spent my 38th birthday here and i felt like i
was right at home. The staff is amazing, the bed was so comfy, the
place is spotless and i love the breakfest. The scenery is fantastic
if you want to take pictures and absolutely budget affordable. I will
be returning soon. I recommend this location 100%

This is a large private home in a lovely
residential area. It is a bnb style accommodation. Outside
landscaping was poor. Home beautifully done up for guests. Room quite
small but well appointed with a small ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was
available in a nice breakfast room. Limited soap and toiletries.

Extremely good hotel outside of
Toronto.
We had a fantastic stay, we stayed there for 8
nights. We were particularly well looked after by Abba and the rest
of the staff. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations while we
were there, we were very well taken care of and will use Newton Villa
the next time we need a hotel in the Toronto area. Especially after a
couple of days it almost felt like we were at home. We can’t help but
give top marks. Big extra plus because we were informed well in
advance of our arrival that there was going to be a
rebuild.

Comfortable hotel inside a home
We had a lovely one night stay at this hotel
(inside a home) and Aba, our host, was a sheer delight! Her smile and
hospitality will brighten your stay. Our bed was comfy, spotless home
and you get to make your own breakfast with a fridge full of fresh
fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and more. The
local area is filled with restaurants, local shopping that is easily
accessible by car. We plan to stay here again in the

during my first time visiting Canada. So many little touches are
provided at the villa to make you feel at home. The price is

This is a bed and breakfast and not a hotel.
Great for what we wanted and in great location for us. Picked us up
from airport on time – no issues. Help yourself breakfast in kitchen.
Good people. If you are expecting a hotel go elsewhere. Very

Warm and gracious Aba created a relaxed and
pleasing atmosphere at the close of my challenging day out in the
world. She welcomed me at the door on arrival and I quickly realized
that the cares and uncertainties of the day were over with. From
first glance inside I took in the tasteful design and artful decor
that Aba has achieved. Nor had any of the crucial functions of this
oasis been neglected. A warm and inviting living room, superbly
equipped kitchen, cozy bedroom with style and comfort and not least
the bright clean bathroom. Aba made sure nothing was overlooked in
providing answers to the traveller’s questions about logistics and
the next days. She exuded all the caring so needed when one travels.

Can’t say enough about this place.
Spotlessly clean, well decorated, well-thought-amenities. For
example, bright bathroom lights so you can see to shave your legs or
put on makeup; very, very comfortable beds; high quality sheets;
excellent pillows. If you have allergies, as I do, solid surface
floors and area rugs are great. Hair dryers have several temps and
speeds. Quiet neighborhood. Fixings for make-your-own breakfast are
top quality and the coffee is awesome! Booked again for a family
visit next month. Cautions: bedrooms are on second floor and steps
are steep; didn’t notice any smoke detectors but I’m sure
they’re there. Would be nice to offer larger towels for larger
guests :)) Finally, Property Manager Aba and Owner Rob cannot do
enough for their guests. They are first rate! Gracious, caring,
attentive, friendly. I look forward to many visits since we now have
family in Brampton.

I really liked it because it felt so much like
home. Also it was very close to where I had to travel to each day.
The house was very clean and service was fast and efficient. Aba was

The property is wonderful! Beautiful house,
impeccable, organized and clean. Excellent service, Aba is kind and
helpful. Quiet location, there is parking and it is close to

Everything was awesome except didnt know it was
a townhouse. When you think of bed and breakfast you think of a very
cozy room waiting to the smell of the hostess cooking. Having to cook
for ourself and share a bathroom was definitely different.

Excellent place
My husband and I stayed for just one day at
Newton Villas, on our last day in Canada and it was a pity to have
stayed for such a short time. We chose Newton Villas as it is very
close to the Toronto airport. Our reception was wonderful with Aba,
an incredible, funny and beautiful woman that we really liked. The
house is extremely clean, cozy, beautiful and very well maintained.
The room was very well organized, with a wonderful bed and fast wifi!
The bathroom very clean. The kitchen is clean and very well equipped
and stocked for a peaceful breakfast. We love our accommodation!

I like it’s peaceful ambiance and

Very clean, with full kitchen at your disposal.
Very close to shopping center, lakes, trails, and Toronto. The
neighborhood is beautiful with classic houses that add to the
scenery. The property manager, Aba, is a very high spirited woman who
will make your stay exciting. She goes out of her way to ensure your
stay is pleasant, and it makes the stay all the more better. The
owner of the villa is a very humble man who will also help if you
would like to take a tour to Niagara falls, or Toronto. Overall this
place is like a second home, and I highly recommend staying
here.

I spent a night at Newton Villa and felt so
good as a second home!! It’s a great option because had a
comfortable, clean and a beautiful bedroom. The breakfast is great
with many option to choose. Including fruits, cereals, breads, juices

This is more than your regular hotel. This is a
house and you have one of the rooms. Shared bathroom but it is
constantly cleaned. Refrigerator is full with fruit, juice, eggs for
breakfast or snacks. I would go back and recommend to friends and
family.

incorrectly interpreted 8 mi as 8 minutes, rather than 8 miles! Taxi

These are homes in a neighborhood, but set up
for stays in each of the bedroom with access to common areas such as
living room, bathroom, kitchen and back patio. VERY clean and well
maintained. Other guests we quite and kept to themselves. Perfect for

Nice villa near to my training.
I stayed at Newton Villa because it was very
close to an office I was training at. I wasn’t expecting the staff to
be so very helpful and accommodating, but I was pleasantly surprised
by the villa manager’s friendliness and openness. I arrived late
(past posted check-in hours) and was still able to check in with
ease.

family. Not sound proof for you could hear the person who shared our

It was a nice place very friendly. Staff was
well accommodating. Had a great time staying here. The only I would
change is the bathrooms. Although nice it was difficult trying to use
the bathroom when someone else was showering or using it

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the Newton Villa
is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. The host, Aba, was

unexpected pleasure
Was not sure what to expect. When we arrived we
were greeted by Aba. She went out of her way to explain where
everything was and how it worked. Very nice young lady. Tastefully
decorated, clean room, bathroom and kitchen facilities. Coffee,
fruit, cereal etc were all ready in the morning. If we ever come
through this way in the future we would not hesitate booking this
place again.

Amazing Hotel
This is a lovely hotel with a great manager I
went with my girlfriend and we spent the night. The place was very
clean the manager was very pleasent and after check in we were left

A clean, quiet, tidy and wonderful place to
stay. Surely a home away from home! Kitchen was there for self-help
whatever and whenever I needed. It’s a very clean and beautiful house
just few minutes drive from Toronto YYZ airport. One of the largest
hospital in GTA area was even closure. I liked everything about

This place deserve publicity
I had a complication with my reservation but
Aba, the site manager helped me resolve my issue which allowed me to
stay in one of the suite in Newton Villa. She welcomed me and made
sure I was well treated. As my first experience, I was quite impress
by the property and by what we had access too. It’s modern, very
clean and spacious, something I was not expecting. Not only you have
your private room, you also have access to the whole Villa; the
living room, internet is provided, clean linen with slippers and a
bathrobe, fully loaded kitchen (dishes to cook you own meal, fridge,
breakfast that you can make at your taste) parking space, quite area.
It truly feels like home (if not better). My overall experience was
great. I would go back anytime and I suggest this place to anyone who
needs a room for either a day, a week or for a month. You will
definitely feel comfortable. If you need a place to stay in Brampton,
I strongly recommend the Newton Villa.

We booked this location pretty much by
accident. And what a pleasant accident it was ! The staff were
fantastic – even cut the backyard grass when they heard we were going
to barbecue. It was almost like being at home in that we had our
bedroom, of course, along with a kitchen fully supplied, a dining
room and a living room. Abba was meticulous in her care of us and for
us. Because of this accident we enjoyed a very relaxing evening after
our barbecue.

Newton Villa-Home away from home
Newton Villa is great place to stay, located in
a very quiet neighborhood, very nice and new house, good facility,
there are everything you need-kitchen with all utensils, even with
fruits, yogurt, juice, milk, eggs,tea, coffee…just like home,
breakfast coffee is ready every morning, you can make your own
favorite eggs, toast,bagels, anything you like. Parking is easy too,
plenty of spaces in front. Rob and Aba are very hospitable and
friendly. It’s a perfect place to stay, a real home away from
home! Will come back for sure.

Home away from home
I travel to Brampton for business about twice a
year, and Newton Villa is a godsend. The amenities are far above what
you would find at a typical hotel, and the care given by Aba
(apologies if I didn’t spell that correctly) to make sure you have
the best stay possible is almost unbelievable. I cannot stress enough
how amazing this place, and it’s staff, are. Oh, and did I mention
the almost unbeatable price? No hidden fees, no two dollar bottles of
water, and free run of a kitchen stocked with fresh fruit, eggs, at
least 15 types of tea, and more. Hands down the best place I’ve
stayed, and I never intend to stay anywhere else if I can avoid it.

This villa is nice and very comfy. The owner is
very thoughtful, breakfast provided, guests can have fruit and yogurt
as they want. Every room has its own bathroom, TV, and Wifi. Bed is

A good choice for a stopover in the Toronto
area
We erred on our date of arrival as we arrived
one day prior to our reservation date. The manager was very
accommodating, set us up in a very comfortable room, and made our
stay most enjoyable.

Very clean hotel and amazing staff.
I would describe my experience as
unforgettable. The staff was very nice and helpful, they are willing
to go the extra mile to help you and make your stay more comfortable.
I stayed for more than one week and we totally loved it. Everything
is so clean and organized. I would definitely recommend it to anyone
staying in Brampton.

Great Value, Very Welcoming
Great stay overall. Aba is a great host, the
house is clean and the amenities are sufficient for a short stay. The
Villa is in close proximity to Brampton Civic Hospital which was
where I was working at the time. I had a great time here.

The manager (Aba) blew me away. She made me
feel so welcome and at home. I liked the room I stayed in. The
kitchen was very well equipped and the breakfast offered a variety of
food to choose from. All in all, would I go there again: That is an
unquestionable YES! Good Job!

The accommodations and everything about the
environment were excellent. From the moment we walked through the
door we were treated well, handed slippers, and given a guided tour
of all the tiny details the place had to offer. I would recommend it
for anyone catching a flight or even staying in Brampton for a while
longer.

Amazing
Aba was absolutely delightful. Her kind and
caring personality really made the stay enjoyable homey and relaxed.
The house was very clean and organized and she was very accommodating

Nice facility – good rate – great

Only reason the review is not a 5 is that we
arrived late and, because it is a bed and breakfast-like facility,
you have to ring the bell and we stood in frigid weather ringing for
about 5 minutes before the super heard it. We had almost given up and
were uncertain what to do next as we didn’t have a phone with us and
there were no other options listed. Fortunately another tenant
arrived and we were admitted. Ada was terrific. She upgraded our room
because of the inconvenience and we had a very comfortable night.

25 mionutes from the airport – the price and the staff.

Place to sleep
This is a bed and breakfast; for a place to
sleep and rest up, its great. It’s not a hotel it is what it is. I
was very happy with my stay, had fresh food in the morning great
coffee, staff were great, made my wife and I felt very welcome. I
would come here again when in town again. P S very happy

Awesome stay – A home away from
home!
The check-in process was excellent, and the
communication with Aba was fantastic. She took us through the home
and showed us all the amenities, which made it feel like a hotel
(bath robe, shower gel and shampoo to name a few) but with a home
feel because there were little snacks prepared including cashews,
chocolate almonds. Breakfast was not typical of an BnB, since it was
a make your own. The Villa is well equipped with supplies, and there
was fresh cut fruit and eggs in the fridge along with toast, bagels
and croissants with an impressive preserve spread. The bed and
bathroom was comfortable, and we were there at a time when nobody was
in the other room so we had bathroom to ourselves. The area of
Brampton is good because it is close to the airport and there are
restaurants and other suburban activities around. Parking was a
breeze. There was not a whole lot within walking distance, however.
Overall, a great stay and well worth it for the price.

Cozy warm home style stay!
Thank you so much for the lovely stay! We found
our room with ensuite bathroom very clean and comfortable (ask for
the daisy room if you want an ensuite bathroom). The receptionist who
welcomed us was wonderful and kind. She made sure we had everything
we needed! Very professional and sweet… The home is cozy and warm
if you have business to tend to, but don’t want the chaos of Toronto
downtown is only about 40 minutes away.

I booked it because it was cheap, and it was
very comfortable. The bathroom and living room are shared, but it was
clean and very comfortable. There were no other guests, so it felt
like I was using the house as it was. I want to stay here

I absolutely love staying here! Anytime I’m in
Brampton for work, this is my go-to place to stay. Lovely houses,
incredibly friendly and helpful staff, with many complimentary items
– no paying for bottled water or the treats in the rooms and common

Surprise
The beginning was difficult – I couldn’t find
the place. But it was worth finding it because it it is a cozy place
– it feels like home. The only setback was that I forgot to ask a
room with a bathroom !!! The second surprise was the the house manger
– her name is Aba. She was very pleasant and helped me with
everything and we had also a nice talk. A place to return to
!!!

unexpected arrival
I recommend this unexpected Villa since it
wasn’t a hotel. I rent a car and I went at the address provided at
the reservation once I arrive I was surprise that I arrive in a
residencial zone. I couldn’t find the HOTEL I booked. However, Aba
the proprety manager came to us and start helping us up amd make us
realize that every house had three rooms each so the kitchen the
living room and bathroom is shared and the room you have is private.
All facilities inside it is at your disposition. In the fridge there
is always something to eat since it is prepare for the continental
breakfast. The service was excellent becaise they explain very in
detail the rules and how it suppose to be operated. In general I am
satify. One recomendation it is the stair it’s narrow for comercial
used you need people to help the client bring up the luggage to their
room.

We were visiting two families in Bolton and

EXPERIENCE-IMPRESSIVE!!
Being a critic,I decided to book a night at
this property and was amazed. Newton Villa is a BED & BREAKFAST.
I had never stayed in a Villa before. Its a HOME away from HOME
experience. The Villas are close to each other and the description
was exactly what was indicated.The Property Manager Aba was
professional but not intrusive. She gave me a tour of the place one
thing that struck me was the neatness of the place. The décor
was simple and not crowded. The services and amenities were that of a
hotel and not a Bed and Breakfast. Complimentary breakfast had
cereal, fruits ,yoghurt ,eggs, juice, A GREAT COLLECTION of
SPECIALITY TEAS,coffee,bagels,croissant,whole wheat bread ,cream,
milk jam, oatmeal, cheese, butter etc. They even provided different
types of sugar, sweeteners etc. Each room had a binder with
everything one needed to know about the property and its
surroundings. One can order food from restaurants closeby and have it
delivered saved me the hassle of having to go out. Parking was
complimentary as well as Wi-Fi . I was surprised I was able to use
the phones to call North America for free!! EACH ROOM had a notice
that read `BE MINDFUL OF OTHER GUEST`. I am DEFINATELY coming back
and will tell friends and business associates about this HIDDEN
GEM.

What a great find!
I didn’t actually realize that Newton Villa was
a B&B until I arrived. I just needed one night’s accommodation
before heading to Toronto for business. This is a very well run
B&B and Aba is a very gracious and professional host. The room
and bathroom was spotless, breakfast choices were abundant and the
check in and check out was quick and easy. The shuttle service to the
airport is convenient and much cheaper than taking a taxi. Would
easily recommend this B&B to friends and family, as well as
business travellers.

Wonderful!
Located in a very quit neighborhood that has
fairly easy access to the main roads. My Garmin took me to the
intersection of their road, but the unit is located on the back side
of the cul-de-sac. The room, the entire unit is spotless, very well
cared for. The kitchen is fully stocked if anyone wants to cook and
the refrigerator has milk, eggs, watermelon and pineapple (probably
seasonal) etc. for the guests. The manager Aba explained to me how
the train system works and I extended a day and took the train into
London. The best decision I made on my trip. Looking forward to a
return trip to Toronto and no doubt this is where I will be
staying.

neighborhood. The beds can feel a little small for Americans used to

Nice bed and breakfast in the Toronto
area
I recently spent a few days in Toronto and
stayed in the Newton Villa in Brampton, Ontario. It was really a bed
and breakfast and it was very enjoyable. Overall the staff was very
gracious and very generous and extremely helpful. The breakfast
provided was more than plentiful and the kitchen was open for use
during the remainder of the day. One afternoon, on my way back from
visiting with relatives, I had problems in finding my way back to the
building. I called the Newton Villa up and within 5-10 minutes the
hostess had arrived in her car to lead me back to the villa. The GPS
system in my rental car hadn’t work well enough, but on the
second afternoon, the GPS did work well and I was able to drive back
to the Villa on my own. Even though the Newton Villa is a bit remote
from the main part of Toronto, the amenities it provides are really
top-notch.

These are homes converted to accommodate
visitors, three bedrooms per building. Excellent welcome and showing
of facilities, where you have use of everything, very much like at
home. Ground level floor has living/dining area and well supplied
kitchen. Breakfast items supplied, and you prepare your own
breakfast. Full use of kitchen would allow preparation of your own
meals if desired. Cleanliness and physical conditions are
excellent.

Amazing!
Newton Villa was a great place and I’m so happy
I chose to stay there on my last night of exploring Ontario. Aba went
above and beyond for me, I felt so comfortable and “at home”. My
suite was absolutely gorgeous– clean, spacious, had all of the
amenities that you’d find at a hotel for half the price. Location was
excellent as well, Brampton is not too far from YYZ as well as
Toronto but you don’t have to deal with all the city traffic. It’s
within a mile of gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants, etc.
overall, I will definitely be staying here again in the future and I
will always recommend this place to any friends traveling up near
Toronto.

staying at home. Managing staff Aba is very friendly. The room
(Lilac) is rather small so we had difficulty moving around once
suitcase was opened on the floor. We only stayed for the night so
it’s ok. Good for those staying longer and utilise kitchen and living

Good bed and breakfast.
This is a nice town house in a quiet
residential neighborhood. It strives for a homey atmosphere, which
means that you have to make up your own bed, make your own breakfast
from food items supplied by the hotel. The room we stayed in was
small but comfortable. The hotel is further from the airport than we
thought or were led to believe by Expedia. The staff person was
helpful and friendly. It is also rather far from downtown Toronto and
we did not find many restaurants in the area. The bed was a queen
size and the pillows were fine.

A better home away from home
First off the staff here is amazing. They will
go out of their way if anything is wrong, and make you feel
comfortable. The villa itself is very clean, and has lots of
decorations that give the living space personality and character. It
creates a very welcoming vibe that invites everyone in. The rooms are
very nice, and all seem to keep to a theme. Hence why they all have
specific names; I find it very clever. While staying here you will
most likely run into other travelers. I sat down with most of them,
and learned about their stories. They were all very diverse and
willing to share. Down the street from the villa is Trinity Common an
outside mall. Its about a 10 minute walk from the villa and has a
drugstore, groceries, and fast food. So if you don’t have a car of
your own you can still walk here and get what you need. Speaking of
walking, there are multiple trails, and lakes depending on which
direction you go from the villa. If you’re into nature and like
walking I would recommend going to the chinguacousy trail which is
across the street, and I would also suggest the philosophers trail
next to professors lake. If you would like to see more than just the
local sites you can also book a tour with the staff at the villa.
From my knowledge they go to Niagara falls and downtown Toronto but
I’m sure there is more. All in all my stay here was amazing. They go
above and beyond any other place I’ve stayed at. The location is well

Nice but warm
The B&B was nice in a residential
neighboorhood. Breakfast was a serve yourself afair. The only
complaint was that there was no control for the Air Conditioning in
the room and it was a bit warm. A good value for the money
though.

A nice surprise!
I had been expecting a “regular” budget hotel,
but it was a super cozy, homey place in a quiet residential
neighborhood. The hosts were super nice and I had a run of the joint.
I would stay there again.

Nice stay but far from downtown
Very good value for money. The room was very
clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
There was plenty of amenities available and we appreciated the
breakfast with fresh fruits, bagels and croissants. The only weak
point was the distance from dowtown: at least 40 minutes by
car.

Comfortable and Nicely Appointment
This is my first Bnb stay and I was pleasantly
surprised. Decor and kitchen is updated and modern. Aba, the manager,

Newton Villa was a welcomed surprise during my
first stay in Canada. Aba and the management made the stay very
comfortable. They were very warm, personable, and helpful as much as
possible in helping me navigate the new environment. If you are
looking for somewhere comfortable, for a nice bed-and-breakfast feel,
choose Newton Villa.

Me and my fiancee spent 4 nights at the newton
villa. Everything was perfect. The whole place was VERY clean, our
host Abba was great, mindful of our needs and respectful of privacy.
Price was great for what we got. We would go again !!!

Great hotel clean and comfortable
It was a very comfortable accommodation. (It
was a shared bathroom, but it was reserved because there were no
other guests.) The shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom
were clean and comfortable. Also, for breakfast, you can choose from
cereals and bread, and the drinks are very good with a wide variety.
If you do sightseeing in Toronto by car, it is a little far from
Toronto, but it is recommended. Also, I didn’t use it this time, but
it seems that they also have a transfer to the airport for an extra
charge. Also, the person who helped me during check-in and check-out
was very nice, and I would like to stay again. The hotel was very
good value for money.

Stayed here for two nights and was a bit weird

Great BnB place
Wonderful service, came in late and it was not
a problem at all. If you have no problem with sharing a bathroom with
max. 3 other guests you will love this place. A great alternative to
my regular stays in hotels.

Great Hospitality! So accommodating!
First of all, my bf and I arrived around 4am in
the morning. We were supposed to arrive around 2:30am but our flight
was delayed. The manager, Aba was extremely accommodating. I was
really worried we were going to be stranded outside, but she always
picked up the phone call and ensured that we would have no issue
checking in. Secondly, the house was decorated with such a
home-like-feel. Everything was newly renovated and the bed was
extremely comfortable and the entire house was very clean. Lastly,
staying here you basically don’t have to worry about anything.
Everything is ready and prepared and there are no extra charges. Aba
made sure that we got anything we needed. It was truly no-hassle for
us. I really want to thank Aba and Newton Villa for the awesome stay,
and we will be back for sure! -April and Ryan

!!!
Great experience. Manager Aba was very kind and
helpful. It is a Villa, bed and breakfast and NOT a hotel. Awesome
amenities including breakfast which included fresh pastries. Felt
like home. Excellent stay overall.

First stay in a “villa”. It was like walking
into a premium show home. We were greeted by Abba- the friendliest
hostess you will ever meet. Our room was spotless, attractive, and
quiet. Abba brought fresh pastries, muffins,etc. At 7:30 AM along
with a warm smile and greeting. Great alternative to a cold motel. Be
sure to have a GPS or map as it is in a quiet residential
area.

A quiet hotel in a residential area
You can spend a comfortable time in a hotel
with the warmth of home. Breakfast has bread and cereal and you can
choose freely. There is no inconvenience at all in terms of spending
time, but it is a little far from the center, so it is convenient to
have a rental car.

Awesome place
A very quiet neighborhood, feels like home. The
manager is super friendly and helpful. A great place to live if you
are visiting Toronto or Niagara by driving. The price is very
reasonable. Would definitely book it again next time when I visit
Niagara.

Amazing Bed-n-Breakfast
Even though arriving in the middle of the night
(1:30 a.m.) I was still greeted with a warm smile and great
hospitality. Rob, the owner politely showed me the facilities and
left me to settle in for the night. In the morning I was greeted with
a friend smile from Aba the property manager. She is beyond helpful
and on the grounds all day every day to help with your needs. This
Bed-n-Breakfast is extremely clean and cozy. I stayed at the BnB for
a week, with no complaints at all. My next trip to Canada I will
definitely be back to stay.

The relaxing side of Carnival

I enjoyed my stay in the bed and breakfast, it
was so relaxing, everything was open and accessible with no
restrictions. We were able to purchase and print our tickets for
events without any restrictions or interference. It was like being
home, waking up for breakfast and moving around the home freely.
Staff were so accommodating and looked to lend assistance when
needed. It was easy to leave for the parade and come in late after
all the parties.

Brampton B&B
This was my first B&B stay so at first I
felt a bit awkward. This is a town house with 3 bedrooms upstairs
that you share a bathroom. The bath was shared but was maintained
very clean. You have use of the living room and kitchen down stairs.
The room was adequate size and very clean. The appearance of the
place looked nicer than my house. The lady who managed the place was
extremely friendly and very nice to talk to. This place is a bit away
from Toronto but I would recommend staying here. It does take about
30-40 mins to get downtown Toronto from here. Traffic can make it
longer.

The B&B is very comfortable, modern and

Nice and comfortable
The stay was very nice and the lady working
there was very pleasant. Not close to downtown Toronto but the price
was very good for when we booked compare to downtown hotels. Me and
