Restful accommodation with warm hospitality

We really appreciated the hospitality from the hotel manager, Aba – who provided recommendations for food places as well as making us feel at home.
The facilities were great and there is a nice area out back with a swimming pool and walking/playing area. The venue is well appointed. Noted that due to wooden flooring, sound does travel but apart from that, all good with getting a good night’s rest. We are grateful!

We stayed at the Newton Villa for two days and were thrilled. The villa is
among the best B&B houses we have experienced during our many visits to
Canada. The location at the end of a cul-de-sac is very quiet. In the large
garden with its numerous seating areas, nothing can be heard except birdsong
and the evening concert of tree frogs. Nevertheless, the nearest restaurants
and shopping facilities are only 5 minutes away by car. Our room was very clean
and spacious, and the breakfast, as other guests have already reported, was
varied and delicious. Last but not least, it must be mentioned that the hostess
is very courteous and warm. All in all, it was a very nice stay, and next time
we are in the area we will definitely book here again.

Excellent place for a relax holiday not far from the city

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The room
and common spaces super confy. The staff was very caring and helpful. Overall
the place is so nice and welcoming. I will tottally reccomend the place.
The only thing is to find the place for a visitor, at some point I felt lost.
But The address was correct. Just don’t expect it to be like in the airport
hotel.

I stayed in this beautiful establishment for two days. The staff is very kind, positive and polite. The breakfasts are delicious, the room is clean. I took a lot of photos, but they disappeared. I definitely recommend it. If you want to have a good rest and most importantly, peace and quiet – you should visit Newton Villa

Abba at the front desk was so friendly! The property is gorgeous and I wish
I could spend more time to enjoy it! I got dressed up for my wedding here and
Abba just made me feel amazing about myself. The pictures at the property turned
out gorgeous! The concept of naming the rooms inspired from flowers is very

Nice location, very clean, great looking property.
The room was very noisy, we could hear everything from the couple above, who
where very much in their honeymoon phase, so we heard every noise. The hot
water took a very long time to come through.
There was no kettle in the room, so we could not make tea or coffee in our
room which was frustrating.

were noisy. Its a big problem we face once in a while with some couples being
inconsiderate and making noise which can be embarrassing.
We have notices in the bathrooms indicating the shower should be left to run for some mins to ensure there’s hot water. We as per our insurance policies don’t have kettles and microwaves in the rooms. We have a percolator in the breakfast lounge that guest have access to. You should have rung the bell and I would have assisted you. Sorry about that.

Love the heated pool, the breakfast spread especially the fresh fruits and
the location. The bed was firm comfortable for us. Loved the outdoor breakfast
area. The iron was top notch.
The room was not very clean, hair clumps in the bathroom and hair on bedroom
floor. The room is in need of a deep clean, caked on dust on baseboards and
top of clothes rack. The walls and floors could use a deep clean.

Newton Villa is very nice and clean. There are plenty of parking and the staff,
Abba, is very courteous. She showed me how to fetch hot water and made accommodation
for my dietary need (Gluten-Free). The breakfast had good variety including
eggs, fruits, cereal and pastries. The shared facilities like dining room,
sitting room, gym, office, and laundry room are great. My room is quiet. Newton
Villa is a very large house on a big plot of land in a nice residential area
so it is very quiet.
On the other hand the location is quite remote. Surprisingly Brampton is a
very large suburb and it took a lot of driving time to get to the other side
of Brampton. Another thing is the door of my room required strong force to
shut and I was worried that the sound might disturb my neighbors.

We loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was. The bed and pillow and sheets
were super comfortable. The bottled water, mini frig and oodles of wooden hangers
were greatly appreciated. We slept with the balcony door open, which kept the
room from becoming stuffy. The magnetic screen door to the small outdoor balcony
was easy to use. The toilet paper was plush, strong and thick.

with our bags. Room was great, comfy bed & lovely soft bedding, good shower.
Nice little balcony overlooking pool. Buffet breakfast was good, totally self
service with lots of choice & really nice proper coffee. Met Aba in the
morning, who is a lovely warm character & we were able to relax in the
lounge after our check out time which was a nice extra benefit.
We chose the Villa because it wasn’t too far from the city centre & close
to Canadream hire depot.We called an uber in the morning to the campervan/RV
depot & it arrived in 2 minutes, being avaliable so quick surprised us
as it felt like it was a more rural setting, so perfect.

Our Air Canada flight from Vancouver was delayed and we did
not arrive until 12:30am but the lovely host still checked us in to a lovely

Liked · Aba, is the most welcoming and accommodating woman. Honestly, i felt like I was on relaxing trip the moment I walked through the door. The rooms are cozy, unique and oh so comfortable! The building and grounds are impeccably gorgeous. I was in town for a family emergency and I ended up staying an extra night just because the vibe is so soothing. I will stay here every time I’m in town. Thank you!!!

Great accommodation with a really nice stay Manager
The accommodation is very well maintained, everything is clean. The terrace and the outdoor area with pool are also very clean and well maintained and invite you to relax. You can also sit there in the evening very nicely.

Liked · Very quiet area in a residential area. The swimming pool was a pleasant relaxation after the long flight and yet somewhat difficult start of the car ride. Also a tasty and rich breakfast buffet.
Disliked · The purely residential environment meant that there was little else in the neighborhood than housing, which made it rather dull. Also to eat you had to move a lot to find some road restaurants.

Liked · The receptionist/manager was very helpful and friendly. She explained the expectations of guests in reference to the B&B policies well. Although , I neither used the patio and pool, the furniture was well laid out and comfortable looking. The size of the pool was larger than I expected ( and wished that I had brought my swim suit.) The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. And the room was quiet.

Liked · on a quiet cul de sac with lots of trees and an Apple orchard behind. Very nice amenities. Lots of fruit at breakfast. Host Ava was lovely. Peacocks were a bonus!
Thankfully, other guests were also quiet because it was easy to hear everything that was going on outside of our room. Appreciate that they are clear that it is a quiet place in a quiet neighbourhood.

When I arrived, not speaking much English, from the outset the man at the front desk used Google translating and quickly made me comfortable with his no verbal!
When I left, I was seduced by the woman at the
reception!!! She was exceptionally kind and kind, she made a
difference! Her contagious good mood and her efforts to speak to me
in French show how much she loves her job… BRAVO !!!! Even though
breakfast time had passed, she offered me to eat and made sure my
stay was ok.
