Second time visitor and first time experience using the bed and breakfast facilities.
The pampering is palpable. Each room has its own decor. Very comfortable ambience
and everything one could ever wish for as a home away from home! ABA you’re amazing.

We flew in from Indian for a wedding . Overall it was an excellent stay
especially the services and the way Ms Aba welcomed me and my family,she made
us to feel like her personal guests.

What an incredible experience!!! I booked Newton Villa for the morning after
my wedding and I am so thankful we stayed here! This place is so peaceful and
quiet! We booked out the entire villa for our wedding party so it was just
us the next morning and it was beautiful walking around the beautiful grounds
to the gazebo, sitting around by the pool and on the balcony reminiscing about
the day before with all of our loved ones. The villa has a very unique and
personal touch which myself, my husband and our friends and family really admired.
Aba and Rob are amazing!!!! They came by in the morning to introduce themselves
and made sure everything was okay and things ran smoothly. Aba made us extra
coffee when we needed it and was just so welcoming. I would highly encourage
anyone to stay here and we look forward to coming back again someday soon!

I just stayed one night, I arrived late and left early
so as far as the experience is concerned, I cannot give an opinion, but the
lady made me feel very welcome, she helped me find parking with a pickup and
trailerr. Super nice and clean room.
I could hear the TV from people next door and my bed was noisy but nothing
too loud to bother me.

is only 15 min away. Airport about 25 min away. Toronto about 45 min away,

The building was pretty and rooms were clean, but the walls were not very thick
and we could hear too many noises from the couple in the room next to us… multiple
times during the night… the hotel staff moved us rooms for the second
night which was much quieter and peaceful. Breakfast was good.

By far the best place ever to stay! So cozy and warm that you won’t feel
that you’re staying out for the night, been there 10 times and not even

very comfortable room size was good size nice view from the

Bathroom was large mins you I did have a larger
room very comfortable check in was easy and straight
forward.
The have a lot of amenities pool gym or just go
for a walk parking is easy.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here.
Aba was very friendly and welcoming and gave us all the information
we needed for our stay in the building and we could see her also
treating the other guests very kindly. The building itself is
beautiful, and the rooms quite comfortable. The continental breakfast
in the morning was delicious as well. My only mild complaint is the
soap in our bathroom was very watered down to the point it was more
water than anything else, but we made do. The private location was
well worth the drive. Thank you!

The location and the building are really
nice.
Small inconvenience to the allocation of the
room. Initially surprised positively by the amplitude and immediately
after negatively by the too low temperature,
Once settled and tucked into bed, they were
called to change rooms due to an assignment error.
In exchange, fortunately, we had an equally
nice but warmer room.
Hearty breakfast but accompanied by atavistic
problems of appliances and power supply not perfectly working that
forced us to drink cold milk with coffee not made
correctly.

Nice welcoming place. The Villa is shared with
other people and we happened to hear people from other rooms talking.
Our room was really small and the mattress squeaked. We enjoyed
access to a swimming pool and the breakfast was fabulous!

Newton Villa is a wonderful home away from
home. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and provides everything
needed for a wedding weekend. The location is a quiet green oasis.
The pool is lovely and clean and so refreshing on a hot day. The
pool-side patio is the perfect spot to sit and read or visit.
Breakfasts are delicious. Most of all, the manager Aba is cheerful,
efficient, friendly, and helpful. We look forward to future stays!

since we were going for a wedding and the rooms where exceptional for

Stayed with my wife for 3 nights while we went
to a wedding in Toronto. This place is absolutely fabulous! I would
give it 6 stars if possible. Rooms are sparkling clean and very
quiet. The breakfast is amazing. Every day the buffet offered fresh
fruits like pineapple, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries and
more. One of the best things is the park like backyard with tables
where we enjoyed our breakfast while looking at the trees and
listening to birds chirping. Priceless! There were even real flowers
on the table! Good luck finding any hotel that lives up to that
quality level for a reasonable price. We will definitely be
back.

the pillows are great water pressure is fine. Very private and
exclusive here. Don’t feel strange when they take you down a hallway
to your room. The rooms are incredibly private and apart from each
other it might seem like a little bit of a funny building, it’s a
very great place and as far as the price it beats out nearly all of
the s*** places that you could stay at. I would be honoured to come
back if I am in town here I will. Came back again had a wonderful

friendly people running it. Aba kept us fed and coffeed in the
mornings no matter how early we had to be up and was lovely to visit
with as well. The layout is very cool because only a couple rooms
will be your neighbours as they are spread out with little sitting

We stayed at Newton Villa this past weekend for
a wedding. The place itself is stunning, and as someone that has
worked over 15 years in the hotel industry, I can honestly say the
cleanliness is the best I have ever seen. Aba is so sweet, kind, and
tentative; she really knows how to engage with guests. She was very
apologetic about the lack of breakfast options, but we completely
understand, times are different.
My only con would be is that I didn’t get to
see any peacocks that apparently roam the grounds, but that’s on the
birds not the Villa.
Thank you for allowing us to stay and I promise
to never ring the bell again.

our group attended a nearby horseshow. We were blown away by the
hospitality and warmth of Aba, the property manager. The rooms were
perfectly clean, the property was gorgeous, and Ada even went above

My stay at Newton Villa was amazing!! I needed
to do a solo retreat for school and this was the perfect place! It
was so quiet, peaceful and serene. My room was beautiful and the bed
was big and comfy. The property outside was so lovely to look at,
every morning I heard birds singing through my window, it honestly
felt like a dream of a place. If you are thinking of staying here, I
recommend it 100%. Also Ada was so lovely and helpful my whole stay
ensuring that I felt comfortable and taken care of. Unfortunately
because of Covid 19 there was not really any food selection, though
that is with most accommodations currently, but that is not a
limiting factor in staying here.

This is one of the most beautiful homes away
from home. Located in a beautiful quiet area, not too far from the
airport. The rooms are very comfortable. Amazing staff who pay
attention to every detail, just ask and you’ll have it. They also
provide airport shuttle, which I find very helpful. A very safe place

lilen were immaculately clean and I was given a heater in case it
gets too cold. The breakfast was more than enough with lots of fresh
fruits to go with it. I was also allowed to make late night coffee/
tea whenever I needed it.

Very Nice Hotel that recently moved to a new
location outside Toronto in Brampton. The room is big and all the

We stayed here for 9 days and were warmly taken
care of Abba, Bella and Jacky. It is a nice place. The room is clean
and cozy. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast includes a lot of
fruits. We forgot our laptop in a taxi but Abba did help us to find
it back! Miracle!

I’ve discovered that the ‘Newton Villa’ BnB is
definitely the true definition of “A home away from home”,after a
long flight from Jamaica In December I got picked up with no hassle..
(Warm interior, Cleanse, Quite, Cable tv, Fresh fruits, Orange juice,
little squirrels playing/foraging etc.) those are the things I loved
most about my stay. Having a staff who dedicates their time to make
your stay extra comfy is greatly appreciated, the property manager
‘Aba’ she is very professional yet friendly which will make your stay
comfortable hence the reason why I had to revisit on my way back from
Australia to Jamaica. However they recently changed location(upgrade)

I’ve stayed there for 1 day and nothing to
complaint. Room was clean and smelled great. The included breakfast
was perfect, enough choices eggs, yogurt , fruits, cereals, bagels
juices etc. Also the property manager Aba was really help
full.

Newton villa is a very comfy place to stay in
Brampton Ontario. Me and my husband had such a great time there from
the ride to the airport till the last breakfast there.The staff was
super friendly and Aba the manager was just icing on top that made
our stay memorable…made adjustments when needed and went above n
beyond to make sure we felt like we at our home.I’m definately
staying here the next time i visit Brampton..?

Very nice place, welcoming and clean with a
super comfortable bed and a bathroom in the room for more privacy.
The Villa is shared with other people but nobody almost ever comes
out of the room, it looks like we are all alone. I would definitely

Just checked out of the Newton Villa, had a

It smells great in shared spaces such as
bathrooms and kitchens! ! The furniture and furnishings are so cute
that I wanted to stay for a long time!
I was happy that the caretaker was kind and
polite??
We were able to use the kitchen freely for
breakfast (cooking ourselves ??) and had a lot of fun!

Absolutely amazing! The villa was lovely and
always clean, everything smelled wonderful (some sort of orange
spray? Not sure but smelled great). Aba, the manager, is absolutely
lovely and made our stay amazing – she stayed up to check us in at
1030 at night and made sure we had coffee and breakfast ready for us
early in the morning. Always ready to respond to every need! Would
highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Brampton.

Wonderful marriage between a hotel and bed and
breakfast. The room is hotel quality while the kitchen and living
room are free to use as desired. Ana, my hostess made me feel as if I

Lovely accommodation! If feels like home away

Newton Villa was a great place and I’m so happy
I chose to stay there on my last night of exploring Ontario. Aba went
above and beyond for me, I felt so comfortable and “at home”. My
suite was absolutely gorgeous– clean, spacious, had all of the
amenities that you’d find at a hotel for half the price. Location was
excellent as well, Brampton is not too far from YYZ as well as
Toronto but you don’t have to deal with all the city traffic. It’s
within a mile of gas stations, convenience stores, restaurants, etc.
overall, I will definitely be staying here again in the future and I
will always recommend this place to any friends traveling up near
Toronto.

Newton Villa is a quiet place away from home.
It has a very welcoming atmosphere. And Aba, the manager, made my
wife and our 2 and half year old daughter feel as if we were still at
home. The place was exquisite and clean. Aba was very friendly and
very helpful. In fact, she had to courier my bathroom items I left at
the hotel by accident by mail. And I was able to receive it in just
three days time. That was an amazing place to relax with my family. I
will recommend Newton Villa to all my friends and family going to
Toronto and Brampton. And I believe they will receive the same
experience like ours. Keep it up Aba.

It was an excellent experience. The owner and
manager were both very nice. The bed was comfortable and everything
was very clean. It was very much a “homey” feeling with a full
kitchen (in cluding pots, pans, and food) that you were free to use.
The only negative thing I have to say is that you are required to
call when you get there. I did not have international calling, so
that was an issue when no one answered the door at first. We got it
figured out, but still a worry.

Where do I begin:
I’ve visited Canada for the first time on a
short vacation due to my flight getting in so late. My girls and I
had pre booked our room at Newton Villas not sure what to expect
however, the Owner greeted us with a warm smile an ensured that we
arrive at the villa safely. The night we spent was unbelievable we
all slept like babies and it’s definitely a home away from home I
felt like a queen in my own castle. Finally, we were also greeted by
the property management so sorry didn’t get her name she also made
certain that we had a warm hearty breakfeast to start our
day…overall the stay was very memorable

First off the staff here is amazing. They will
go out of their way if anything is wrong, and make you feel
comfortable.
The villa itself is very clean, and has lots of
decorations that give the living space personality and character. It
creates a very welcoming vibe that invites everyone in.
The rooms are very nice, and all seem to keep
to a theme. Hence why they all have specific names; I find it very
clever.
While staying here you will most likely run
into other travelers. I sat down with most of them, and learned about
their stories. They were all very diverse and willing to
share.
Down the street from the villa is Trinity
Common an outside mall. Its about a 10 minute walk from the villa and
has a drugstore, groceries, and fast food. So if you don’t have a car
of your own you can still walk here and get what you need.
Speaking of walking, there are multiple trails,
and lakes depending on which direction you go from the villa. If
you’re into nature and like walking I would recommend going to the
chinguacousy trail which is across the street, and I would also
suggest the philosophers trail next to professors lake.
If you would like to see more than just the
local sites you can also book a tour with the staff at the villa.
From my knowledge they go to Niagara falls and downtown Toronto but
I’m sure there is more.
All in all my stay here was amazing. They go
above and beyond any other place I’ve stayed at. The location is well
placed and easy to find. A++

far my favorite place to stay. They don’t only cover all your needs
and wants, they have more than I could have even thought of.
Beautiful place with nice privacy and availability of a kitchen,
washing machine and dryer, and living room. Very well managed. They
make sure you are comfortable and taken care of.
